Elle Chabal

Marielle Chabal
Solo show

For her first solo exhibition at the gallery, artist Marielle Chabal presents an ambitious project titled Elle Chabal, in which she completely transforms the gallery space into a fashion boutique, conceived as an in situ installation.

She unveils a new series of ceramic works that resonates with her project QUEENS, a film currently in production that explores the indelible traces of patriarchy in our feminist-queer relationships to the world.

Through this series of ceramics, Marielle Chabal examines the injunctions to femininity, consumerist excesses, and forms of resistance to systems of domination.

With the support of the CNAP - Centre national des arts plastiques.

Finissage: Saturday 17 January, from 5pm to 8pm
